Communication is a funny process. I see attempts here at work that just seem to muddle things. I wonder if that's because everyone has there own idea on what communication really is and how it works. Is it just a buzz word that is popular in work places but because it's implementation is so complicated and difficult that we bandy the word about but really don't try to establish the process?
